Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable booking fee of $200 is required to secure your booking and must be paid on confirmation of your booking and signing of a Service Agreement.
• Travel up to 100km round trip is included in the Bespoke Marriage Ceremony Package.  Additional travel for this Package is charged at $1/km.
• Travel for the Elopement or Registry Office-style Marriage Ceremony is charged at $1/km for journeys greater than 60km round trip.
• Travel for all other celebrations, excluding Funerals and Commemorations is charged at $1/km round trip from my home office in Rosanna.
• Interstate travel and accommodation is possible by negotiation.
• The balance of your account is due and must be paid no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event, or at the rehearsal, whichever is earlier.

 
     Refunds

• In the event of cancellation of the event, more than two (2) weeks prior to the agreed date, there will be no refund of the Booking Fee.  At such time, the Celebrant reserves the right to invoice and be paid the outstanding balance owing, such sum representing a fair and reasonable value of work and services provided to that date.
• In the event of cancellation less than two (2) weeks prior to the agreed date, the balance will be due in full, if it remains unpaid at that time.  If it has been paid at that time, no refund is available.
